My name is Jim Adams and I am the sole proprietor of Sinn City builders located in Rochester, MN.  I started in the inground swimming pool business with another partner in 2000.  We worked together for five years and averaged between 20 and 30 pool installations per season.  In 2005, I decided to strike out on my own.  Since that time I have continued to build custom pools.

My goals are to meet with the client and answer any questions about the construction process.  I strive to work in an efficient manner to minimize the time that is needed to complete the project.  I also make every effort to keep the work site organized so that a minimum amount of disruption is caused by the project.
